I Perazzi (ten minutes from Porto Ercole and one hour from Fiumicino, Rome airport) is a charming, private, old country house with antique furniture and a wonderful view of the sea and the coastline.

High on a hill, surrounded by the characteristic and fragrant brush of Maremma, it is the ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The large terrace with pergola is lovely for dining "al fresco" while enjoying the fabulous view.

Monte Argentario offers you the chance to practice several sports. Golf course (18 holes) 8 Km from house; bicycles can be rented at the entrance of the Feniglia beach for a wonderful ride in the pine wood forest nestled between the sea and the lagoon. Horse rides can be organized in the Maremma countryside, and boats are rented in Porto Ercole for you to discover the beautiful small beaches all around the peninsula.
A fully equipped Beauty-farm with swimmingpool has been recently opened 10 km far from the house.
